- Community Management Stream (Tier 5)
- has shown to be a dedicated leader capable of management and organization
Application Requirements:
- has Governor
- has ownership of a region, which are multiple (at least 2) self-sustaining cities with the addition of a national hall and inter-connecting roadways or transportation
- must use parent and sub-regions to protect and allocate plots and public areas
- region is only established when over 15 active players, not including the President-candidate, have moved into the region for over 1 week
- must gain letters of recommendation from 15 individual residents to be stored in a chest at the town hall
